If there is an Agreement between your home institution and the University of Ostrava, you should contact the Erasmus Coordinator or International Officer at your home institution. After you have been chosen as an exchange student by your own university, kindly download and fill in the following formulars:

If you cannot find your institution, you need to contact your departamental coordinator or international officer to conclude a bilateral agreement with our department.
Please, kindly note that the Application form, Learning Agreement and Application for Accommodation must be send together before the deadlines listed below:

31 October for the summer semester
We can accept all your application after these deadlines but, unfortunately, the accommodation cannot be guaranteed in case of applying after these deadlines.
